The Legal Council is a specialized initiative of the 9th Island Chamber of Commerce & Foundation, providing guidance, resources, and advocacy on legal matters that affect Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander (NHPI) businesses, families, and community members in Southern Nevada.
We focus on compliance, contracts, risk management, and access to justice—helping members navigate challenges unique to minority-owned enterprises and diaspora communities. By connecting with legal professionals and partners, the Council ensures our ʻohana has the support needed to operate confidently and protect their rights on the mainland.
